The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation is fled by the petitioner to declare the petitioner's structure as protected structure. According to learned counsel, respondent No.3 is competent to take decision on the same. 2.

In case the representation (page 73) is pending with respondent No.3 and if respondent No.3 is competent to take decision on the same, then he may consider the said representation on its own merits in accordance with law and policy and decide the same expeditiously, preferably within six months.
