This is an application for transit bail. The applicant is apprehending arrest in F.R.No.PCR/53/2015, Case Reg. No. PCR/101/2015 which is lodged in pursuance of the order passed by the 3rd Additional Sr. Civil Judge and C.J.M. Mysuru under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P .C.

2) The learned counsel for the applicant seeks two weeks time to approach and file the appropriate proceeding before the concerned Court having jurisdiction at Mysuru, State of Karnataka. In view of the above, I am inclined to allow the present application. 3) Hence, the following order.

ORDER

a) In the event of arrest of the applicant in pursuance of the order dated 21.10.2015 passed by the 3rd additional Sr. Civil Judge and C.J.M. Mysuru, State of Karnataka (FR No.PCR 53/2015) (Case Reg.No.101/2015), by the Maharashtra Police or the Police

2 /2 ABA-91-16 from Udayagiri Police Station the applicant shall be released on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

b) The pre-arrest bail granted to the applicant shall remain in force for a period of two weeks from today and the same shall not be extended thereafter.
