P.C.:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned APP for the Respondent -State. In view of the averments made in the Application, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Restored Petition shall be placed on 27th February, 2017 under the caption of "fresh admission". We permit the Applicant to carry out the amendment in the Writ Petition for showing the second Respondent through her natural guardian, within a period of two weeks from today.
