Mr. Saste, learned APP for the State having taken instructions from the officer concerned, makes a statement that section 354 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 is added to C.R.No. 371 of 2014 registered with Agripada Police Station. Statement is accepted. In view of the statement, Mr. Naik, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that grievance of the Petitioner no more survives. In the light of above, petition is rendered infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed.
