The Respondent No.1 has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.2 Lakhs to the Appellant in full and final settlement of the dispute. The Respondent No.1 has handed over the Demand Draft to the Appellant for Rs.2 Lakhs which is acknowledged by the Appellant. 4.

In such circumstances, the Criminal Appeal is disposed of in view of the Consent Terms.
