Heard. The principal grievance of the Petitioner seems to be that his complaint is not recorded by Agripada Police Station as per the version given by him. The Petitioner had brought this fact to the notice of Additional Commissioner of Police by his letter dated 17th September 2014. In these circumstances, we grant liberty to the Petitioner to approach Agripada Police Station to give his additional statement in C.R.No. 252 of 2014. Agripada Police Station shall record the additional statement of the Petitioner and take appropriate decision in the light of such statement. With these directions, writ petition is disposed of.
