Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants and the learned APP for the Respondent - State.

By this application, the Applicants seek modification of the condition imposed by this Court in clause (iii) of the Order dated 12 th March, 2014, passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2010 of 2013. The said condition reads thus :- "iii) After availing the bail, the applicants shall attend the concerned Mumbra police station on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, till the conclusion of the trial."

Learned Counsel for the Applicants submit that the applicants are

2/2 932-appp.64.2015.doc the residents of Jalna and are required to travel about 500 kms for the purpose of giving their attendance. He submits that the applicants have been attending the concerned police station on every Sunday, as directed by this Court vide order dated 12th March, 2014. 4.

Learned APP does not dispute the same.

For the reasons set out in the application, the condition imposed by this Court in clause (iii) of the Order dated 12th March, 2014, passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2010 of 2013, is modified. The applicants shall now attend the concerned Mumbra police station on first Sunday of every month, from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, till the conclusion of the trial. Rest of the conditions shall remain same. 6.

The application is allowed to the extent aforesaid and is accordingly disposed of.
