By consent Writ Petition No. 2746 of 2015 is taken on board. By consent all the above Writ Petitions including Writ Petition No. 2746 of 2015 are disposed of by passing the following order: a. On instructions, the Petitions are allowed to be withdrawn and the matters are remitted back to the Authorized Officer of CIDCO.
b. The Petitioners are permitted to fle fresh representations setting out their grievances within a period of two weeks from the date of this order being uploaded.
c. The Authorized Officer of CIDCO shall hear the Petitioners/their Advocates/Representatives and consider 2/3
3/3 all the documents relied upon by the Petitioners and decide the representations on its own merits within three months from the date of submission of representations made by the Petitioners.
d. The ad-interim relief granted by the Court in all the matters shall continue to operate until a period of 3 weeks from the date of communication of the decision by the Authorized Officer of CIDCO to the Petitioners. e. Copies of the representations made by the Petitioners to the Authorized Officer of CIDCO shall also to be simultaneously furnished to Mr. Sandeep Thakur, party Respondent in all the Writ Petitions and he shall also to be heard on the representations, before taking the fnal decision by the Authorized Officer.

The Writ Petitions are disposed of in above terms. All contentions are kept open.
