P. C. :
1.
The Petitioner by this petition is seeking direction to the Senior Inspector of Police of Agripada Police Station, Mumbai to record a cognizable case under section 354 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 against Sachin Pardeshi, Amit Matkar and Mahendra Gupta. The original complaint filed by the Petitioner does not disclose any cognizable offence.
2.
Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner contended that complaint was not recorded by Agripada Police Station as per the version given by the Petitioner and therefore on 29th December 2014 the Petitioner has given written complaint to the Additional Commissioner of Police, a copy of which is at Exhibit-B to this petition. patilsr 1 / 2
The alleged incident is dated 16th December 2014. The Petitioner much later gave a complaint to the Additional Commissioner of Police, i.e., on 29th December 2014, making grievance that the original complaint was not recorded as per her instructions. Be that as it may, the Petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy of approaching the Magistrate concerned with regard to her grievance. We do not feel that there is need of any interference at the hands of this Court. Writ petition is, consequently, dismissed.
