2.2 The substantive prayer in this Petition is for directing the second Respondent to dispose of the pending Revision Application of the year 2003. In none of the applications which are annexed to the Petition which are addressed to the second Respondent there is a prayer for expediting the hearing of the Revision Application. 3.3 If the Petitioner wants the Revision Application to be disposed of expeditiously, the Petitioner will have to make appropriate application to the Revisional Authority to that effect. If such an application is made, the Revisional Authority shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible. The Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms.
