Ms. Rao, the learned advocate for the applicants seeks to withdraw the application stating that the same has been filed in this Court by mistake and in view of the order dated 7th March, 2013, passed by the Sessions Court, the applicants were required to take permission of the Sessions Court. She has however expressed anxiety as regards the shortage of time on the hands of the applicants, who need to travel abroad for a wedding, particularly when the persons inviting them for wedding have made arrangements for their travel. In the circumstances, the application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to approach the Sessions Court. The application if any filed by the applicants shall be disposed off by the Sessions Court at the earliest. 2.
