The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the Civil Application No.3004 of 2013 which has been dismissed for non prosecution on account of the non appearance of the Learned Advocate for the Applicants on the said date. The reasons why the Learned Advocate for the Applicants could not appear on the said date are mentioned in paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 of the above Civil Application. Since no appearance was put up on behalf of the parties when the said Civil Application No.3004 of 2013 was dismissed for non prosecution. It is not necessary to issue notice to the Respondents.. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed, resultantly Civil Application No.3004 of 2013 is restored to file.
