After this matter was argued for sometime, both parties state that they have arrived at a workable solution. They have since tendered consent terms whereby the petitioner and respondent had agreed that order of 18 th June, 2016 impugned in this petition may be set aside on the understanding that appointments made in pursuance to notice dated 17 th October, 2013 which forms subject matter of the Ref. I.T.No.5/2013 shall be made strictly subject to the outcome of the said reference.

In the circumstances, I pass the following order : (i) There will be an order in terms of the consent terms signed by the parties and their Advocates and marked "X" for identification. (ii) Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. (ii) No order as to costs.
