Writ Petition (ST) No.1792 of 2022 is not on board. Upon mentioning, taken on board and heard along with Writ Petition No. 693 of 2022. The following Order is passed by consent :

(i) The Petitioners are allowed to remove all their belongings from the suit shops on 22nd January, 2022 between 12.00 noon to 1.00 p.m., in the presence of the Ofocer from the Respondent No.1 Council.

(ii) The auction fixed on 1st February, 2022 shall take place subject to the further orders passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.1006 of 2016. SSP 1/2
