The consent terms are tendered by the parties. The consent terms have been signed by the appellant Nos.1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Left hand thumb impressions of the appellant No.6 and the respondent No.2 also appear on the consent terms which are attested by the learned counsel for the appellant. The consent terms are also signed by Shri D.N.Bhadakawad, SDO, Karjat on behalf of the respondent No.1- State who is duly authorized by the State Government to do so. The consent terms are also signed by the learned Addl.GP and the learned counsel appearing for the appellants. The first appellant who is personally present

He also, on instruction, states that even the other appellants and the respondent No.2 have accepted the correctness of the contents of the consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X-1" for identification.

Accordingly, appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Award be drawn in terms of the consent terms in accordance with Section 21 of the Legal Services Authority Act, 1987. 3.
Writ of this order be immediately sent to the concerned Reference Court. The Reference Court shall complete the exercise of determining the total amount payable to the appellants and the respondent No.2 in terms of modified award within a period of three months from the date writ of this order is received. The appellants and the respondent No.2 shall be heard before fixing the amount. The State Government shall deposit the balance amount payable as per the modified award within a period of three months from the date of determination of amount made by the Reference Court.

Pending civil applications, if any, do not survive and stand disposed of accordingly.
