Heard Mr. Topkar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Topkar submitted before this Court that the petition was filed challenging issuance of the charge-sheet to the petitioner. He submits there is change in the circumstances i.e. the enquiry initiated against the petitioner is over and he learnt that he has been exonerated. He submits that the petitioner has further learnt that a fresh enquiry is initiated against him. In view of these change of circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, prayed for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to adopt appropriate remedy as available under law.
