Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In all fairness, learned counsel for the Applicant invites my attention to the order dated 17.02.2021 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.2086 of 2019 in respect of the Bail Application fled by the co-accused. This Court was not inclined to grant bail and hence the Application was withdrawn. Learned Judge was directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within 12 months from the date of receipt of the order dated 17.02.2021. Learned counsel informs that the trial has commenced and one witness is already examined.

In this view of the matter, the directions in the order dated 17.02.2021 will cover the case of the Applicant as well. The Application is allowed to be withdrawn in view of the order passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2086 of 2019. 4.

Needless to mention that in case the trial does not conclude within the said period, the Applicant shall be at liberty to renew his Application for bail.
