The learned Counsel appearing for the 1st 1 / 2 June 12, 2018

8-WP-843-16.doc Respondent has produced for perusal of the Court a copy of Panchnama dated 26 May 2018 signed by Mr. Balaram Jadhav, Assistant Commissioner as well as the photographs signed by the Beat Inspectors. He states that the Assistant Commissioner is present in the Court. He states that the entire building has been demolished as stated in the said Panchnama. We accept the said statement. Needless to add that the debris lying at the site shall be removed by the Municipal Corporation.
