The parties to the petition have settled their dispute amicably and have filed consent terms on 8th October, 2014. The consent terms are signed by the parties and their respective counsel. The said consent terms were taken on record. However, the appeal was kept pending for compliance of clause 4 of the consent terms. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that clause 4 of the said consent terms is complied with. This statement is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondent. In the light of the above, the appeal stands disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Decree be drawn up as per the consent terms.
