Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner in the PIL. Perused the prayers made in the Civil Application No. 202 of 2015. Perused the order dated 16th December, 2015. The prayer in the said civil application was only as regards the two parties which are specifically mentioned in paragraph 1 of the said order dated 16th December, 2015. Therefore, the restraint order in clause 2 of the said order is naturally confined to the decision taken by the Tree Authority on the application made by the said two parties. With this clarification, the Application is disposed of.
