1] We have perused the communication. Learned APP is seeking time to verify the facts.

2] We find that the Petitioner/Prisoner from Aurangabad Central Prison, complaints of not providing him diet as advised by the Chief Medical Officer. The advised diet is Fiki Dal, Fiki Khichadi and boiled water.

2 (12)wp489-2020.docx 3] It appears that before this he was lodged at Mumbai Central Prison, where this diet was provided to him. 4] We, therefore,direct the Superintendent of Aurangabad Central Prison to look into the matter and to make necessary arrangement in accordance with law. Accordingly, we dispose of the Petition.
