This Court vide order dated 30/11/2018 had allowed the application under section 389 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 bearing Criminal Application No. 1218 of 2018 and suspended the substantive sentences. The applicant was directed to furnish bail bond within 2 weeks from 30/11/2018. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the sureties are furnished and verification is awaited.
