We record the statement of learned Counsel for the RespondentCorporation on instructions from Mr. Maruti Gaikwad, Deputy Municipal Commissioner that the Respondent-Corporation withdraws the impugned notice dated 4 January 2022. He states that the Respondent-Corporation shall issue a show-cause notice and grant an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners before passing any order on the show-cause notice. In view of the above, and since the impugned notice stands withdrawn, nothing survives for consideration in the Petition. The Petition to stand disposed of.
