Respondent Nos.1 and 2 though duly served remained absent when the matter is called out. There seems to be delay of 331 days for preferring the First Appeal.

Having considered the submission of Ms. Khan and looking to the reasons assigned in paragraphs 3 to 5 in the Application, the delay needs to be condoned in the interest of justice. Hence I pass the following order;
