It is stated therein that, the Respondent has expired on 28th October, 2016. Pune Municipal Corporation has issued Death Certificate dated 20th October, 2020 in that behalf. A copy of Death Certificate is attached with the said report. The report dated 27th October, 2020 along with Death Certificate dated 20th October 2020, is taken on record.

In view of demise of the Respondent, the present Appeal stands abated against him and is accordingly disposed off. 1/2
