The present appeals were filed by the appellant challenging the order dated 17.10.2014 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate who had acquitted respondent No.1 and in lieu the appeals were sought in this Court. This Court on 09.01.2015 was pleased to grant leave and admitted the appeals. Today, the counsel for the appellant places on record a letter written by the appellant intimating her that he would like to withdraw the appeals. In view of the aforesaid prayer, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeals.
