1] This is an application for modification of condition imposed upon the applicant at the time of releasing him on bail by this Court by its order dated 22nd February 2016.

The said condition reads as under :­ "After his release from jail, the applicant shall attend the Office of DCB, CID Unit No.10, Mumbai on every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till completion of trial." 1/2

osk 37­appp­69­2018.odt 2] The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that since his release from jail, the applicant is sincerely complying with the said condition. He further submitted that, the trial of the present crime has already begun and as on today, the prosecution has examined three witnesses. He further submitted that the applicant is attending the trial Court on each and every date.

3] In view thereof, the applicant is hereinafter directed to attend the Office of DCB, CID Unit No.10, Mumbai on every first Saturday of the month between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon on every alternate month, i.e. six times in a year, till completion of trial. 4] Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
