Learned Counsel for the Applicants seeks leave to withdraw this application as the proceedings before the 26th Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Borivali, Mumbai, which were challenged in the aforesaid application i.e. C.C. No. 356/DV/2016 were withdrawn by the respondent No.1. He submits that in view of the withdrawal of the said proceedings before the trial Court by the respondent No.1, this application is rendered infructuous and accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the same. 2.
