Petitioner has no locus standi to file present Petition. 2.

Despite the said fact, the concern expressed by Petitioner about transportation of the cows and calves from Mumbai to Dhule in improper condition can be taken care of.

Mr. Sancheti, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Respondent No.4 on instructions submitted that, Respondent No.4 is taking all the necessary care and will continue to take all necessary and appropriate care and measures in transporting the cattle/cows/calves, which are in the custody of their Trust from Mulund, Mumbai to Dhule in proper condition. 4.
