We have carefully perused the petition / application received from the petitioner. There is a prayer in the petition to expedite the trial of Case No.141 of 2012, C.C.No.SPL 03/2013 pending in the Court No.57 at Sessions Court, Mumbai.

In case the trial in the aforesaid case is still pending, we direct the concerned Court to expedite the hearing of the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within six months from today. 3.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.
