Mr. Yagnik, learned APP appearing on behalf of State, at the outset, placed on record report dated 22.11.2016, filed by Senior Inspector, Azad Maidan Police Station, Mumbai. The report shows that as per order dated 27th October, 2014 passed in Writ Petition No.3502 of 2014, F.I.R. being C.R. No.362 of 2016 is registered on 19.11.2016 for offence punishable under Sections 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The report is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 2.

In view of above report, the grievance of the petitioner no more survives. The petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed of as such.
