The Petitioner has impugned the Notice dated 18th November, 2019 (Exhibit-A to the Petition at page 18) received from the Corporation. The learned Advocate appearing for the Corporation on instructions states that the said impugned Notice be treated as withdrawn with liberty to the Corporation to issue a fresh Notice if so advised. In view thereof, the impugned Notice is set aside and the Corporation is granted liberty to issue a fresh Notice to the Petitioner if so advised. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
