The grievance raised by the petitioner in this petition is that he is not getting proper medical treatment in Nashik jail and he should be taken to J. J. Hospital, Mumbai for the treatment.

In case the grievance of the petitioner still subsists and the petitioner is in jail, the Superintendent of the concerned jail is directed to look into his grievances and depending upon the seriousness of the ailment, take an appropriate decision, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.
