Learned A.P.P. on instructions from Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik submitted that, subsequent to the rejection of application for furlough leave dated 08.07.2019 by the impugned orders herein, the Petitioner was released on furlough leave for a period of 28 days from 01.12.2022 and he returned to Jail Authority within stipulated period. Prior to that, Petitioner was released on Covid -19 pandemic emergency parole leave from 03.12.2020 till 13.05.2022 and he reported back to Jail Authority within stipulated period.

In view thereof, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
