The learned APP at the outset, on instructions of the Officer concerned, makes a statement that the subject MECR is investigated and the chargesheet is filed on 11th April, 2017 before the Metropolitan Magistrate's 2nd Court at Mazgaon, at Sewree, Mumbai. 2.

In the light of the above statement, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that his grievance raised in the petition no more survives. Hence, petition is dismissed.
