Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned APP appearing for the State and learned Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 4 to 9/ private respondents.

It is alleged in the petition that Ms.Sanyogita Sanjay Tapse, who is sister of the petitioner, is illegally detained and abducted by private respondents. Therefore, it was prayed that Ms.Sanyogita Sanjay Tapse shall be produced before this Court by the respondents. Trupti 1/2

The learned Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 4 to 9/ private respondents has ascertained the identity of the missing person i.e., Ms.Sanyogita Sanjay Tapse. Today, Ms.Sanyogita Sanjay Tapse is present before this Court.
