Mr. Chavan, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions, undertakes to hand over the portion of the land in possession of the Petitioners to the Respondents within one week from today. The undertaking is accepted. In view of the undertaking given by the Petitioners, the Respondents to decide the representation of the Petitioners within two weeks from today. If the Petitioners do not hand over the land in their possession to the Respondents within a period of one week, the Respondents shall be at liberty to take forcible possession of the land with the assistance of local Police.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 1/2
