Oak seeks withdrawal of the above Writ Petition in view of the fact that in the LPA which was filed against the order passed in the above Writ Petition the parties have amicably arrived at a settlement. The Learned Counsel Mr.A. K. Jalisatgi appearing for the Respondent No.1 i.e. the Union does not dispute the said position.
