IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CRIMINAL REVISION APPLICATION NO. 50 OF 2007 Sou. Pradnya A. Khandve .. Petitioner vs.

Shri. Avinash B. Khandve and anr.

.. Respondents None present for the Petitioner.

Mr. Uday Warunjikar for Respondent No.1 CORAM :

M. S. SONAK, J.

DATE : 29 JANUARY 2016.

P.C. :- 1] On 15 January 2016, this Court made the following order : Mr.Warunjikar, learned Counsel for respondent no.1, submits that he has telephonic instructions from his client that the matter has been settled. But Mr. Warunjikar states that it is better if some time is granted so that he can have specific instructions in the matter. Accordingly, stand over to 29/01/2016 (on Supplementary Board) under the caption 'for Dismissal/Disposal'.

2] Today, Mr. Warunjikar, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.1, states that Respondent No.1 has informed him that the matter has indeed been settled. There is no reason not to accept the statement of Mr. Warunjikar.

3] However, since neither the Petitioner nor her advocate is present, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. (M. S. SONAK, J.) 1/1
