2021.02.12 13:13:45 +0530 dated 21st December, 2020. He was permitted to furnish cash bail RajeP.

Aher security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of four weeks. It is submitted that the applicant has deposited cash bail security and he is out on bail. However, he could not furnish surety within stipulated time on account of pandemic situation. The applicant seeks extension of twelve weeks to furnish sureties.

Considering the submissions, time to furnish sureties as well as facility of cash bail granted by this Court vide Order dated 21st December, 2020 is extended by period of twelve weeks from
