This is an application for transfer of case, which was pending on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Bandra to the Court of Sessions as the offence alleged against the applicant under Section 489(b) & (C) is triable by the Court of Sessions. 2.

The learned APP on instructions from the concerned Officer submitted that, as a matter of fact, on 11.08.2017 the said case has now been transferred to the Court of Sessions, Greater Mumbai and the said case has been numbered as Sessions Case No.478/2017. 3.
