Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that during pendency of this petition, the lease granted by CIDCO has been terminated. 2.

He states that at this stage, he is not pressing the petition, but the petitioner may be granted liberty to file a fresh petition, in the event, action of termination of lease is set-aside.
