By these Applications, the Applicants seek re-call of the Order dated 09.01.2018 passed by this Court, by which the Petitions were dismissed for non-prosecution.

For the reasons set out in the Applications, the Applications are allowed. The Order dated 09.01.2018 dismissing the Writ Petitions for non-prosecution is re-called and the Writ Petitions are restored back to its original file.
