This is an application for intervention by the first informant Uday Salian in CR No.6 of 2018 dated 5.1.2018 registered with Amboli Police Station, Mumbai.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause(a).

The Applicant in ABA No.111 of 2018 is directed to implead the first informant as respondent No.2. The said amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the learned counsel for the first informant within the stipulated period.
