Learned APP, on instructions from Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Prison submitted that, subsequent to the rejection of application for furlough leave dated 07th October 2019 by the Competent Authority preferred by Petitioner, the Petitioner was released on furlough leave for a period of 28 days on 21st October 2022 and he returned to Jail on 19th November 2022 i.e. within a stipulated period. 2.

In view of the above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
