Having heard learned counsel and learned AGP for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the respondent No.2 to consider the proposal dated 17th October, 2012, submitted by the respondent No.3-Management seeking approval to the petitioner's appointment to the post of Shikshan Sevak, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit - B", page 25 as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and, all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept expressly open to be agitated before the concerned authority. Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

In order to enable the respondent No.2 to comply with this order, the petitioner shall remain present before him along with the copy of the said proposal as well as copy of this order on 2nd April, 2018 at 11.00 am..
