This Criminal Revision Application was dismissed by this Court for want of prosecution vide order dated 22.04.2008. It was subsequently restored by the order dated 22.04.2008, passed in Criminal Application No. 205 of 2008. Yesterday, when the matter was called out, no one appeared for the Applicants. Even today no one appears for the Applicants. It appears that, the Applicants are not interested in prosecuting this matter.
