This civil application is taken out for bringing on record the heirs and legal representatives of deceased respondent no.5 on record. The petition has already been admitted on 28th June, 2014. The civil application is taken out on 28th January, 2015. There is delay of 200 days in filing the civil application. Having perused the civil application and having heard learned counsel for the applicants, I am satisfied with the explanation provided. 2.

Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks. There will be no orders as to the costs. After the amendment is carried out the matter shall be listed for final hearing in the week commencing from 26th November, 2015. 3.

Civil application is disposed of.
