After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the competent authority seeking extension of time to remain at his present place of posting. 2.

Learned Counsel for the respondents on instructions submits that one representation of the petitioner has already been rejected by order dated 2/5/2018.
