Learned Counsel on the instructions of the father of the Applicant, who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw this Application, as the Court is inclined to expedite the trial of the applicant. 2.

Accordingly, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Sessions Judge is requested to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one year, from the date of receipt of this order. If the said trial does not conclude within one year, for no fault of the Applicant, the Applicant shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
